What to Expect

Our virtual workshops are designed to give instructional coaches practical strategies they can use immediately in their schools.

When you participate in a workshop, you can expect:

  • Expert facilitation from Certified ICG Consultants trained by Jim Knight
  • Practical coaching strategies grounded in the Impact Cycle framework
  • Interactive learning with discussions, reflection, and application
  • Workshop materials and handouts to support implementation
  • Focused learning sessions offered in one-day or two-day formats

Workshops typically run 9:00 AM–3:30 PM (CST) and include breaks and collaborative activities. Each workshop is built to help educators strengthen coaching conversations, support teachers effectively, and improve classroom instruction.
