The Intensive Instructional Coaching Institute is a comprehensive foundational course that gives coaches and administrators everything they need to know to become successful coaching partners. The Institute is an essential professional development opportunity for developing and sustaining a successful coaching program.
Gain an understanding of the beliefs, skills, strategic knowledge, and processes for effective instructional coaching based on the research conducted by Jim Knight and ICG over more than 20 years.
Participants will receive a participant guide along with the following books by Jim Knight:

Learn and engage in the best practices of instructional coaching.
Virtual Institutes vary in size. Some are intimate with as few as 50 participants, others have 100-150 participants. If a cohort does not meet the enrollment minimum, registrations will be transferred to another offered cohort date of your choice.
Participants will receive access information at the email address provided upon registration. If you have not received an email containing course information at least 1 day prior to the event, please email Brooke Deaton.

Attendees of The Intensive Instructional Coaching Institute are eligible for 3 graduate credits through the University of the Pacific. Once you complete the Institute you will receive a certificate of completion which documents your learning and learning hours. You may then submit this certificate to the University of the Pacific and pay the fees at the link below.
For individuals that wish to attend the Virtual Institute but have schedule conflicts or for those who live in different time zones, the Virtual Institute sessions are recorded and available to watch on-demand for 30 days after each session. Alternatively, you may enroll in the On-Demand Institute to complete at your own pace.
Upon completion of the institute, participants are invited to join Jim and Jessica at the Monthly IC Meetup: A regular virtual gathering of district leaders, coaching champions, and coaches who are actively seeking to create or improve their coaching program.
At ICG, we ensure every coach and coaching program is equipped for success and maximum impact on students’ lives. Our Instructional Coaching Institute offers coaches and administrators an intensive learning experience, emphasizing all seven Success Factors to establish and maintain effective coaching programs.
