Spring Series Session 4 – What Coaches Do: Clarify, Communicate, Coach
As one school year comes to a close and another begins to take shape, coaches often benefit from revisiting the purpose and priorities of their role. In this session, participants will explore resources from The IC Toolkit related to the work of instructional coaching, gain greater clarity about the coach’s role, and begin developing a coaching one-pager that can be used to communicate their work within their school or district.
