training for instructional coaches

Explore Our Virtual Workshops

Practical strategies you can apply immediately in your coaching work

What to Expect

Every school’s PD calendar looks different, so we built two ways to learn. Mini-workshop series give your team ongoing, bite-sized coaching support all year. Full-day workshops go deep on one topic at a time. Take mini workshops on their own, or combine them into a package that matches how your school actually learns.

When you participate in a workshop, you can expect:

  • Expert facilitation from Certified ICG Consultants trained by Jim Knight
  • Practical coaching strategies grounded in the Impact Cycle framework
  • Interactive learning through discussion, reflection, and hands-on application
  • Workshop materials and handouts to support implementation back at your school
  • Flexible formats, from mini-workshop series (available standalone or as a package) to full-day sessions (available standalone)
