Summer Snyder is dedicated to fostering inclusive and equitable classrooms and schools. With over twenty years of specialized experience in supporting differentiated instruction, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach and the Differentiation Coordinator for a district that serves over 55,000 students across eight municipalities in Denver, Colorado. Summer currently works with Dignity Consulting. In this role, Summer leads a range of professional learning and development initiatives focused on helping schools build the capacity to meet diverse needs while fostering inclusive environments where all students and staff feel a sense of belonging and their dignity is honored.
Summer’s work has earned her multiple accolades, including the Golden Heart Award, the Excellence Award for Organizations, the Superintendent Making a Difference Award, and the 2023 Teacher of the Year for Cherry Creek Schools. She holds degrees in Elementary Education, Special Education, and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction.
