Sharon Sheehan B

Sharon spent her educational career as an instructional coach and mathematics teacher at a high school in a northern Chicago suburb. For 15 years, she worked with a team of instructional coaches and administrators to build the system for coaching across their district.  In her day-to-day work with teachers, Sharon has implemented hundreds of 1-1 Impact Cycles with teachers and administrators.  She became a Certified Instructional Coach through ICG in the Fall of 2019.  For several years, Sharon has been the Co-Coordinator for the Educational Coaching Network in Chicago.  She has conducted numerous instructional coaching workshops with teachers and administrators and teaches a course on instructional coaching at Northwestern University.  She is currently a 1-1 Impact Coach with ICG.
