Kat Laag

Kat Laag started in education in 2000 teaching first grade and later began working from home in 2007 teaching kindergarten through eighth grade at California Virtual Academies before moving into school leadership in 2009. After spending two years incorporating instructional coaching into the school leadership role, Kat started instructional coaching full time in 2018 and began supporting a school wide team of instructional coaches in 2019. Kat also provides professional development, culture coaching for leadership teams and individual leadership coaching. She lives in California with her husband of 22 years and is a proud mom to 3 kids ages 19, 16, and 14.
