Kat Laag started in education in 2000 teaching first grade and later began working from home in 2007 teaching kindergarten through eighth grade at California Virtual Academies before moving into school leadership in 2009. After spending two years incorporating instructional coaching into her school leadership role, Kat and her teammate, Rachel, started instructional coaching full time in 2018 and began supporting a school-wide team of instructional coaches in 2019. They also provide professional development and coaching to school leaders.
