Dr. Jessica Robbins serves as the Executive Director of Teaching and Learning in Rockport-Fulton Independent School District in Texas and brings more than two decades of experience in public education.
Robbins has focused on building sustainable systems in the instructional coaching program that address complex technical and adaptive challenges in schools. She challenges her team to partner with school leaders and teachers as they examine practice, test new approaches, and shift beliefs that impact student learning.
