Danielle Schaar is an instructional coach at Eisenhower Cooperative in Crestwood, Illinois, where she supports educators in strengthening classroom practice and improving student outcomes across diverse learning environments. She partners with teachers and school leaders to build instructional capacity and implement effective systems that enhance both academic and behavioral outcomes, with a focus on creating coherent, sustainable classroom management practices through an RtI lens. 

With 16 years of experience in special education, Danielle brings a practitioner-driven perspective to coaching, grounded in deep classroom experience and a commitment to inclusive, high-quality instruction. She began her career in the cooperative’s Developmental Learning Program as a paraprofessional, later serving as a classroom teacher before transitioning into her current role as an instructional coach. 

Danielle holds a master’s degree in Special Education and a second master’s degree in School Administration. Her work centers on bridging classroom practice and systems-level improvement to ensure all students have access to meaningful and equitable learning opportunities.
