Megan Troyer

Megan Troyer has been a dedicated Mathematics educator and Instructional Coach at Antioch Community High School in Illinois since 2014.

In her coaching role since 2020, she prioritizes building strong interpersonal connections for effective staff and student learning.

Megan's commitment to excellence is evident in her classroom teaching, where she integrates social-emotional learning and leads the math department in transitioning to standards-based grading. With a Master in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction, Megan focuses on fostering growth and creating a positive learning environment at ACHS.

She received the 2021 Those Who Excel Illinois State Board of Education award as a member of the Math 1 Team and the 2023 award as part of the IDEAPAD coaching team.

Megan also shared her expertise on Standards-Based Grading at IDEAcon 2021.
