Haili Hughes

Haili Hughes was an English teacher and middle and senior leader in secondary schools for 15 years. She is now a Director of Education at IRIS Connect - a video professional development company for teachers. Haili is also a Principal Lecturer in mentoring and professional development at the University of Sunderland, where she leads 1200 mentors.

In addition, she works as an ITT Quality Associate for England's education government body, the Department of Education. She is one of the few educators in the UK who facilitates the Early Career Framework, trains new teachers and the National Professional Qualifications for teachers, as well as marking them for Teach First. She speaks in 150 schools a year as an educational consultant and has written 5 bestselling books with 8 more on the way.
