Lindsey Waltman

Lindsey is the HR Manager and Benefits Coordinator for ICG.  She transitioned from healthcare, where she worked in an imaging department for 15 years, and joined ICG in the fall of 2023.  Lindsey’s responsibilities include hiring and onboarding employees, handling administrative tasks, coordinating benefits, and lending a hand in various areas to support the company’s growth.  She loves working with ICG and how dedicated the whole team is to their mission.  With every step or decision that is made… how it will impact children’s lives is first and foremost the most important thing.  When Lindsey is not working, you will find her chasing her four children around, tending to her flower beds and garden, or spending time with friends and family.
