Dr. Tina Curry is an instructional coach, educational leader, and facilitator of professional learning who has spent more than two decades helping educators strengthen teaching and learning in K–12 schools. She currently serves as an IB PYP Coordinator and instructional coach in Chicago Public Schools and teaches graduate courses in literacy and coaching at National Louis University. Dr. Curry is the founder of Currents of Change Consulting and Chair of the Achievement Awards in Writing Advisory Committee for the National Council of Teachers of English. Drawing on 20 years of coaching practice, she developed the CARE Coaching Framework, which highlights the inner conditions that shape how effective coaches support teachers and keep kids first.
