Almost all of us are doing the best we can to navigate the changes to how we live and work, and because everyoneâs health and livelihood are at stake, the temptation to scrutinize the decisions of others is as high as itâs ever been. But when we judge other people or gossip about them, we place ourselves above them, which makes trust, reciprocal learning, and communication next to impossible.
