- The Impact Cycle
- The Impact Cycle, the product of 30 years of ICG research, provides a framework for any coaching scenario using the Identify, Learn, and Improve stages. This student-focused coaching process helps educators identify where they are, clarify where they want to be, and set powerful goals centered on student learning and success. Through guided reflection and practical application, participants will learn how to create clear action plans, determine the best strategies for growth, and make ongoing adaptations until their goals are achieved. By the end of the session, you’ll have a step-by-step process to help teachers move from intention to impact—anchored in the needs and progress of their students.

Through guided practice and reflection, you’ll learn how data can illuminate patterns in student engagement and achievement, helping you make more targeted and effective decisions. Participants will receive a variety of easy-to-use data gathering tools and have the opportunity to practice applying them in realistic scenarios.
