This focused 45-minute session is designed to explore how instructional coaching can strengthen teaching, support leadership, and deepen coaching practices that create meaningful change in schools.
Each conversation is tailored to the participant, providing a space to discuss real challenges, goals, and possibilities for coaching within your unique context. Together, you will reflect on how partnership, trust, and clarity can elevate teaching, empower leaders, and build impactful coaching relationships.
