Day 1
- Exploring the Seven Success Factors
- Learn a clear and practical roadmap for building and sustaining coaching programs that lead to meaningful gains in student learning.
Day 2
- The Impact Cycle part 1
- Learn about the complexities of helping, the partnership principles, understanding instructional coaching, before the cycle, how to identify a clear picture of reality, and how to set PEERS goals
Day 3
- The Impact Cycle part 2
- Learn about the Identify stage and questions, the Learn stage and dialogical explanations, discuss modeling, and explore the Improve stage.
Day 4
- Data Rules
- Understand why data are important, learn about the three types of engagement data, explore the three parts of achievement data, and learn about the types of data to gather and how to gather them.
Day 5
- Better Conversations
- Uncover the six core beliefs and ten practical habits that can transform how we connect, collaborate, and lead, especially in emotionally-charged or high-stakes moments.
