Day 1

Partnership Principles & Better Conversations
Participants will identify and reflect on their personal communication beliefs and habits while learning new strategies for more effective, authentic dialogue. Through guided reflection and practice, participants will gain communication habits that have an immediate, positive impact—both professionally and personally—leading stronger relationships and more meaningful conversations at work and at home.

Day 2

The Impact Cycle
The Impact Cycle, the product of 30 years of ICG research, provides a framework for any coaching scenario using the Identify, Learn, and Improve stages. This student-focused coaching process helps educators identify where they are, clarify where they want to be, and set powerful goals centered on student learning and success. Through guided reflection and practical application, participants will learn how to create clear action plans, determine the best strategies for growth, and make ongoing adaptations until their goals are achieved.

Day 3

Data Rules
Participants will explore practical methods for collecting meaningful classroom data and using it to inform instruction. Through guided practice and reflection, participants will learn how data can illuminate patterns in student engagement and achievement, leading to more targeted and effective decisions.

Day 4

High Impact Instruction & Instructional Playbook
This workshop provides an overview of high-yield strategies teachers can use to plan instruction, assess learning, increase student mastery and engagement, and create positive learning communities in the classroom. Participants will become familiar with the 16 research-based, high-impact teaching practices in the Big Four Great Teaching Framework. They will learn how instructional coaches can provide essential support to teachers who choose to implement the high-impact teaching strategies.

Day 5

Leadership Coaching
This session explores how a coaching orientation, together with a strong coaching process and key coaching skills, can make a significant and immediate difference in the conversations in which school leaders engage every day. Leaders will become familiar with the elements of the GROWTH Coaching System, and they will explore the tools they need to take a coaching approach to all conversations with their teams.
