Fall Series Session 1 – Enrolling Teachers into Coaching Cycles

Session Description 

Using the Impact Cycle is an evidence-based approach to partnering with teachers to have an unmistakably positive impact on students. But, how do we actually enroll teachers into the coaching cycle to begin with? This session introduces you to the idea of enrollment and gives you strategies to try as you work to establish Impact Cycles within your school.

What are the strategies for enrolling teachers into coaching cycles? 

Outcomes 

Participants will:

• Understand the various ways in which instructional coaches can enroll teachers into coaching cycles.
• Explore ways to utilize enrollment within their school/system.
