Every year as TLC rolls around, I feel like it’s the best year of the conference yet. As I admit to that recurring thought, I’m simultaneously thinking THIS is the best year yet.
One of our keynote presenters in particular has been a huge influence on the way I understand coaching, and I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to speak with him.

He has over 442k Twitter followers, including several people and organizations who are well respected in the education community.
