New York: Coaching for Deep Impact
This workshop invites educators to explore how meaningful change happens when coaching is grounded in clarity, partnership, and evidence. Rooted in the Impact Cycle and the research of Jim Knight, this workshop unpacks a practical process for setting powerful goals, gathering data, and identifying strategies that lead to measurable student growth. Participants will learn how to engage in coaching conversations that honor teacher expertise while maintaining a clear focus on student outcomes. The session also explores how to navigate resistance and build trust so that coaching becomes a catalyst rather than a compliance structure. Educators will leave with actionable tools and a shared language to create coherence and drive deep, sustained impact across classrooms and systems.
