In partnership with Growth Coaching International, this course centers on giving feedback in a way that helps others thrive and excel. When you are open to feedback, working relationships have more trust and more humor, and you collaborate more productively and solve problems more easily, yet the word "feedback" is loaded with connotations and assumptions. This session will show participants some alternative language to use as well as ways to ensure people feel safe in conversations, and reasons why we receive feedback in certain ways.
