Trent Day Hall

Trent Hall helps organizations address equity and inclusion through his consultation and facilitation services related to empathy, communication, and conflict management. He brings leadership, staff, and students together to transform culture and climate through the concepts of belonging and dignity. Trent has facilitated the transformation of a wide range of organizations, including pK-12 schools, institutions of higher education, and international entities that promote democratic values. While on staff at Penn State University (PSU), Hall served as a dialogue instructor, facilitator, and coach, and he developed the foundation of the Global/Virtual Dialogue Platform. He provided services for a variety of groups including graduate and undergraduate students, local school systems, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) cadets preparing to work in conflict areas in numerous countries. Before becoming a full-time consultant, Trent served the community through the local government of Howard County (MD), championing community dialogue that reinforced the county’s goals of diversity and inclusiveness, in the Office of Community Outreach and Constituent Services and the Office of Human Rights.
