A few days before TLC begins, you’ll receive an email invitation to visit TLC’s virtual venue; at this point, all pre-recorded breakout sessions will be available for viewing. Once the actual conference begins, you’ll have access to a livestream of the keynote presentations. All breakouts will be recorded and available on-demand for 90 days—an awesome PD opportunity for all of our friends abroad! Attending Virtual TLC will be as easy as clicking a link!
The on-site room block for 2023 is full. The next best option, the Hilton Garden Inn, is a 3-minute walk to our venue. For reservations, visit the Hilton Garden Inn website.
All registrations and payments must be received by October 13, 2023.
For registrants of the virtual conference who paid in advance, a conference link will be emailed on October 13, 2023. Attendees of the virtual conference who registered and paid after day 1 will receive a conference link via email within an hour of payment. If you have registered and paid and have not received a conference link, email brooke@instructionalcoaching.com.
Refunds will not be provided after October 16, 2023.

If you have successfully completed the TLC conference registration process, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your confirmation number. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes of completing the registration process, please check your SPAM folder. If the email is not there, please email brooke@instructionalcoaching.com.
We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs of all of our participants at the conference. As such, conference attendees will be asked for dietary restrictions during the registration process.
Yes you can! We have a partnership with the University of the Pacific.

Yes! You can submit TLC registration substitution requests in writing to brooke@instructionalcoaching.com. All substitution requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.
