Peter DeWitt is a long-time colleague, and over the years, the ideas we have shared about coaching, leadership, and the importance of dignity for all have resonated with me in everything I do. He is an extremely prolific author, averaging more than a book per year, and his blog, Finding Common Ground, just might be the most popular blog in education. I have always appreciated Peter’s part in my life, not only as a thought partner, but also as a friend. Please join me in my excitement for Peter’s breakout presentation at this year’s TLC Conference.    –Jim Knight
