Mary Kolodziejczak

Mary Kolodziejczak has always had a deep passion for learning and collaborating with others. Her sense of curiosity and pushing herself out of her comfort zone explains why Mary loves Instructional Coaching! “I get the best of both worlds when partnering with teachers and their students!”

Mary currently works as an Instructional Coach in the Orchard Park, CSD south of Buffalo, NY. Prior to this, Mary has served in a variety of roles over her 20+ years in education. Other roles include time as a Professional Development Coordinator, Math Coordinator, Special Education teacher, Reading Specialist, and General Education teacher. Along with having a Master’s degree in administration, Mary is a doctoral student pursuing a degree in Educational Leadership. Her dissertation topic is Improving Instructional Coaching Practice.
