Marty Conrad

Marty Conrad is a member of the Creek-Choctaw tribal Nation of Oklahoma. He is from Del City and Tulsa, Oklahoma. This coming year will be his 48th year in education, 34 years as a history teacher, and 14 years as an Instructional/Academic Coach, has taught on five different Native American reservations and in two boarding schools, and served as a social studies teacher, principal, Athletic Director and coached various sports. 

Graduated from Catoosa High school, received his AA degree in history from Haskell Indian Jr. College, BA in history from Baker University, did Graduate work at Arizona State and received his MA in curriculum and instruction from The University of Wyoming.

Served on a committee that begin the process of creating a Native American standards for the state of Wyoming. Served as President of the Wyoming Senior Olympics for Three and half years. Served in the Army National guard for nine years.
