Dr. Mark Dowley

Dr. Mark Dowley is the Associate Head - Staff Development and Consulting at the Crowther Centre. He has experience building coaching programs in multiple schools. A certified ICG-Instructional Coach, Mark has completed a variety of training programs and has consulted on staff development to schools in Australia and overseas. He completed his doctoral studies in international educational policy and national testing programs. Through his research role in the Crowther Centre, Mark explores how research can be used to build capacity throughout an organization and improve outcomes for students and staff.
