She has served as an administrator while on assignment to McKinsey & Co. and in various roles for Verizon Innovative Learning Schools. She is a certified executive transition coach and change management practitioner and continues to work with the best and brightest powerhouses.
Her successes include Icarus Consulting, Auburn University, National Black & Latino Council, City of Atlanta, Kennesaw State University, Thomas University, and various other organizations to name a few.
Prior to her current efforts, Courtney, an educator by formal education and purpose has taught hundreds of powerhouses to leverage their value. She has served as a consultant/coach for politicians, small business owners, etc.
She also is the author of How to Win Students and Inspire Them and The Uncommon Coach. Courtney’s current research focuses on coaching, diversity, equity, and inclusion; powerful instructional technology use; and leadership development.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in collaborative teaching from Alabama State University; a Master of Public Administration from Troy University; an education specialist in brain-based teaching from Nova Southeastern University; a Doctorate in instructional technology and distance education from Nova Southeastern University; coach certification from Academy of Creative Coaching; and Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification.
She is an unshakable realist dedicated to helping people become the best person they want to be. She resides in Atlanta with her furkid, GoHan the Pomeranian.
