In this session, Trista will share what she's learned from her research and practice experience of designing, implementing and leading coaching programs and professional learning networks in schools and districts across Canada. Using examples from her work developing a mentoring and coaching program for early career teachers in the province of Quebec, as well as the national Canadian Playful Schools Network (www.playjouer.ca), Trista will highlight guiding principles and key design elements that are essential to the effective implementation and sustainability of professional learning and development initiatives and programs. There will be dedicated time for participants to ask questions and share their experiences.
