School districts invest a great deal of staffing and money into instructional coaching programs, but program evaluation of coaching impact is often minimal. In this session, we’ll examine our proposed process for evaluating coaching programs so that districts can demonstrate the impact of coaching on students and use the evaluation process to determine ways to improve the program.
