Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics of power, influence, and neuroleadership that we can use in our work to increase our collaboration with those we serve, enhance coaching interactions, heighten leadership effectiveness, build stronger teams, and improve communication. They will learn how to leverage this understanding to minimize threat responses and maximize reward responses, creating a positive and productive work environment. Throughout the day, participants will engage in self-reflection to deepen their understanding then explore application of the learning in the workplace. By the end of the day, participants will have a solid understanding of the SCARF model and be able to apply its principles to help self and others cope, gain control, and exercise resilience. They will leave with a toolbox of strategies for improving increasing engagement, building connections, and fostering more effective communication and collaboration.
