Is payment for TLC due upon registration?

All registrations and payments must be received by November 1, 2021. Conference links will be emailed to all paid registrants on October 29, 2021.

Refunds will not be provided after October 26, 2021. ICG is not responsible for technological or internet connectivity issues that may arise on the participants’ end.

What’s the registration fee for the TLC conference?

We offer two registration options for the Teaching Learning Coaching conference: a three-day ticket includes the main event and an additional day of pre-conferences; a two-day ticket includes just the main event.

Main Event & Pre Conference: $599 USD per person
Main Event only: $449 USD per person

What does the TLC conference registration fee include?

Your TLC conference registration fee includes the following:

  • Your virtual entrance to the event
  • Access to 5 live-streaming keynotes, and 1 prerecorded keynote
  • Access to 4 live-streaming panel discussions
  • Access to 30+ prerecorded break-out sessions, available on-demand for 90 days after the event ends

If provided by the breakout session presenter, session handouts will be available electronically.

An added bonus for this year’s TLC attendees—all registrants will receive hard copies of the latest books published by keynote speakers Liz Wiseman, Dan Pink, and Jim Knight! Additionally, Jim will host an online book club and Twitter chat based on these books, starting in December, and encourages all attendees to join!

 

How can I confirm that I’ve registered for the TLC conference?

If you have successfully completed the TLC conference registration process, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your confirmation number. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes of completing the registration process, please check your SPAM folder. If the email is not there, please email [email protected].

Who do I contact if I have questions about payments and refunds?

Can I substitute my TLC registration for someone else if I am unable to attend?

Yes! You can submit TLC registration substitution requests in writing to [email protected]. All substitution requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Can we receive graduate university credit for attending the TLC conference?

Yes you can! We have a partnership with the University of the Pacific. www.creditsforeducators.com/icg is a very simple way of receiving credit for attending the Teaching Learning Coaching conference.

Can you provide proof that I attended the TLC conference?

We can provide a Certificate of Completion upon request that indicates the suggested seat time/CEU equivalent hours.
