Courage

Every teaching strategy we use, every policy we put in place, and every professional experience we have gained must be implemented to make a difference in the lives of children. For that reason, the common denominator for any act, statement, or decision should always be “what’s best for kids.” Consistent with this belief, Jim Knight has designed this year’s Teaching Learning Coaching (TLC) Conference to focus on the factors that promote both student and teacher growth: better conversations, professional learning, trust, and partnership. Conference sessions are built on Knight’s extensive research findings, and through the lens of self-improvement and student growth, attendees will explore their role as both teacher and learner and the impact they have on their students.

We invite you to join us at the world’s leading conference on instructional coaching, teaching, and learning, where more than 30 education experts and practitioners will lead keynote presentations and learning sessions focused on high-impact teaching strategies, proven instructional coaching practices, and system change strategies for creating high-performance schools. TLC is a community of educators who make connections, share best practices, solve problems, make breakthroughs, found movements, and create the future of schools committed to a shared goal of excellent instruction, every day, for every student in every classroom.
