Kim Richardson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 500 coaching and 200 training hours on record. She is a graduate of Results Coaching Global, an Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) through ICF. She is/has completed her PhD at Old Dominion University this summer and wrote her dissertation on leadership identity development.
Kim is the chief strategic consultant with Richardson Coaching and Consulting LLC. Since 2014 she has supported individuals and organizations in meeting their goals.
Kim has served in education in a variety of capacities for twenty-three years. She is currently the Teacher Development Coordinator for Hampton City Schools; she coordinates and delivers professional learning for teachers, school and district administrators, specialists, and instructional coaches.
Prior, she served as the Title I Coordinator/Supervisor of Instruction, and elementary school principal. Coach Kim also had nine school years of successful experience in the Newport News Public School system, serving as an Technology Curriculum Integration Specialist (TCIS) and kindergarten, second and third grade teacher before moving to assume positions outside of the classroom.
