The biggest event of the year for instructional coaches.
The theme of this year’s Teaching, Learning, Coaching conference is Keep Learning. The concept of continuous learning is deep in the roots of the Instructional Coaching Group. We believe strongly that if you’re not learning your life is impoverished. As an organization we are always evolving and changing, and to be honest, we’d be nervous if we weren’t. To evolve and to change means that learning is happening, and that excites us. We want to live in a world where administrators are excited to lead, teachers are excited to teach, coaches are excited to coach, and above all, students are excited to learn. We believe that this happens when we are seeking new and better practices, engaging in learning conversations, researching, communicating, networking and connecting, listening, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable to change and revision when needed. Our hope is that you experience these elements of learning while attending the TLC conference, and that we’re able to create the type of human experience for each of you that we’ve dreamed up. Can we receive graduate university credit for attending?
Yes you can! We have a partnership with the University of the Pacific. www.creditsforeducators.
What is the price of the Institute?
Main Event only: $699 USD per person
Main Event & Pre Conference: $898 USD per person
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes your entrance to the event, breakfast, lunch, conference program, map & schedule, and session handouts (if provided by the speaker). All of the materials associated with the conference will be given to attendees at check-in on the first day of the conference.Travel costs, parking, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
How can I confirm my registration status?
If you have successfully completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email that lists your confirmation number. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes of completing the registration process, please check your SPAM folder. If the email is not there, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who do I contact if I have questions about payments and refunds?

Can I substitute my registration for someone else if I am unable to attend?
Please send your substitution requests in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. All substitution requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Are meals provided?
Yes, your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
If you have dietary restrictions and did not mention them during the registration process, please send an explanation of your restrictions to email@example.com. Please remember to include your name as well as the name and date of the Institute for which you are registered.
Can you provide proof that I attended this institute?
We can provide a Certificate of Completion upon request that indicates the suggested seat time/CEU equivalent hours.
