Claudia Owad has thirty years of experience working with individuals, teams, and organizations in developmental and strategic capacities. She is a director at Growth Coaching International, a company that develops coach and leadership training in education globally. As a former school counselor, Claudia understands the complexity and opportunities for educators. She is a Master Coach Practitioner with EMCC Global and has widespread experience in developmental assessments. She is also a graduate of the Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology at Sydney University and Solution Focused Business Professional from the University of Wisconsin. Her work and expertise in coaching led her to sit on the board of the International Coaching Federation Australasia.
Claudia has extensive experience in the interrelated disciplines of Coaching and Positive Psychology and has spoken at many National and International Conferences about their integration. She is passionate about developing potential through strengths and positive mindsets, particularly with leaders and teams. Her expertise and interest are focused on supporting the development of all leaders to create flourishing workplace environments using this integrated approach, through training, consultancy, and coaching to benefit all educators.
