Brittany Rehal has been an educator for the past decade leading Educator Wel-Being programs and authoring Faculty Well-Being policies for schools in China, the Middle East and the U.S. Brittany is a Consultant at the Instructional Coaching Group and Growth Coaching International (ICGCI), an organization that leads global instructional and leadership coaching in education.

Brittany earned her Master of Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. Brittany is a writer, editor, and researcher and created the Ecological Model for Flourishing Educators with co-author Christian van Nieuwerburgh.

Brittany has shared her research in educator flourishing and professional experiences at national and international conferences. Brittany’s faith in human-centered education integrated with social and emotional learning contributes to how Brittany champions individuals, groups and teams to live lives infused with meaning, agency, and self-compassion. Through coaching, training and consultancy, Brittany supports educators and leaders in restoring community and connection so all people feel seen, valued and heard.
