TLC 2021 breakout presenter, Natasha L. Robinson, is the President of T3 Leadership Solutions, Inc. and an international speaker, leadership consultant, mentor, and executive leadership coach with more than 20 years of leadership and mentoring experience in the military, federal government, academic, and nonprofit sectors.
Natasha has extensive experience working towards racial justice, cultural intelligence, and facilitating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace. Her philanthropic efforts include working with the 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Leadership LINKS, Inc., and Natasha is also an independent contractor with the Center of Creative Leadership.
In 2020, Natasha was one of the first guests on Jim Knight’s Facebook Live series, Coaching Conversations. Their hour-long conversation allowed them the space to dive into painfully critical topics such as cultural competency, self leadership, and the importance of history, artifacts, and stories.
