Registration includes six live keynote presentations, roundtable discussions, networking opportunities (for in-person attendees), access to over 30 pre-recorded breakout sessions for 90 days, and more.

Meet the Keynote Presenters
Adam Grant is an organizational psychologist and a leading expert on how we can find motivation and meaning, rethink assumptions, and live more generous and creative lives. He is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of Think Again, Give and Take, Originals, Option B, and Power Moves. His books have been named among the year’s best by Amazon, Apple, the Financial Times, and the Wall Street Journal, and his viral piece on languishing was the most-read New York Times article of 2021 and the most-saved article across all platforms. His other work includes consulting clients such as Google, the NBA, Bridgewater, the Gates Foundation as well as curating the Next Big Idea Club along with Susan Cain, Malcolm Gladwell, and Dan Pink.

Marcia Tate, former Executive Director of Professional Development for the DeKalb County School System, Decatur, Georgia, serves as an educational consultant through her company, Developing Minds, Inc., and has taught over 450,000 administrators, teachers, and parents, as well as community and business leaders, all over the world. She shares her expertise through her books and highly-regarded workshops.
Dr. Kristin Neff, author of Self Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself and Fierce Self Compassion: How Women Can Harness Kindness to Speak Up, Claim Their Power, and Thrive, is the first person to empirically study the concepts to create a simple, actionable guide proven to increase motivation, boost resilience, and improve mental health. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and Harvard Business Review, among others, and her TEDx talk has been viewed over 1.7 million times. She’s also the co-developer of an empirically supported training program taught worldwide called Mindful Self-Compassion, and the co-founder of the nonprofit Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
Sharon Thomas, Senior Consultant at ICG, is a National Board Certified English teacher, instructional coach, student advocate, and writer. Along with her work in ICG workshops, Sharon coordinates the ICG Coaching Certification process. She is also a consultant for the Touchstones Discussion Project and a Certified SIM Professional Developer in the area of writing. She is the founder of the Cecil County [Maryland] Teacher Leadership Network and has presented at conferences across North America on the issues of secondary school literacy and teacher leadership. Her experience with teacher leadership in school reform was published in Principal Leadership. Sharon is the author of Evaluating Instructional Coaching and co-author of The Instructional Playbook.
Christian van Nieuwerburg is Professor of Coaching and Positive Psychology at the University of East London and Director of Growth Coaching International. He is the author of the best-selling Introduction to Coaching Skills: A Practical Guide (2014; 2017) and the editor of Coaching in Education: Getting Better Results for Students, Educators and Parents (2012) and Coaching in Professional Contexts (2016).
Jim Knight, Senior Partner of ICG, is a research associate at the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning and has spent more than two decades studying instructional coaching, writing several books on the topic. Jim’s articles on instructional coaching have been included in publications such as The Journal of Staff Development, Principal Leadership, The School Administrator, and Teachers Teaching Teachers.

More exciting news: This year we’re introducing roundtable discussions! These casual discussions take place during lunch and will offer an open forum for on-site attendees to ask questions, bouncing ideas off one another, and share thoughts and experiences. No previous hosting required.
