The Instructional Coaching Group, a dynamic and partnership-based professional learning organization, seeks a full-time Sales Account Manager to join our world-class team that is committed to the pursuit of providing excellent instruction, every day, for every student.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Include:

  • Employ effective consultative techniques including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies that lead to deep partnership with clients
  • Focus on new and renewal business as part of expanding ICG’s footprint within the account
  • Build territory sales plans (semiannual, monthly, weekly, daily as appropriate)
  • Face to Face and phone sales and relationship building with existing clients and new prospects
  • Field leads, create proposals, provide quotes
  • Carefully track key sales opportunities both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Manage the data collection and lead generation process to deadlines
  • Set goals, and monitor sales activity according to the attainment of those outcomes
  • Attend conferences and meet with clients as needed
  • Maintain content knowledge through discussions and training as appropriate
  • Act as a liaison between The Instructional Coaching Group and external clients for Professional Learning needs
  • Support implementation and delivery of long-term projects
  • Manage essential details for engagements as necessary
  • Support ICG consulting events and conferences through project management, systems, and on-site support
  • Support other key corporate goals and projects as needed
