Fall Series Session 3 – Video Learning Teams: Building a Culture of Reflection and Growth

Session Description 

When thoughtfully implemented, video can strengthen collaboration across entire schools. In this session, participants will explore how instructional coaches and school leaders can establish Video Learning Teams, create psychologically safe learning environments, and support meaningful implementation of video-enhanced professional learning. Together, we’ll examine how schools can foster a culture where video becomes a tool for continuous learning and growth.

How can coaches and leaders build the conditions for successful video-enhanced professional learning across teams and schools? 

Outcomes 

Participants will:

• Develop strategies for establishing psychologically safe Video Learning Teams and collaborative learning structures. 
• Explore leadership practices that support the successful implementation of video-enhanced professional learning across a school or district.
