With less than 7 weeks until the 2022 Teaching Learning Coaching Conference (TLC), the excitement continues! #TLC2022 is not only ICG’s first ever HYBRID on-site/virtual event, but this year’s lineup is packed with so many incredible Breakout Presenters that it can feel overwhelming. So, we’ve broken down the full presenter lineup into smaller groups to give these powerhouse educators and professionals the focus they deserve.
Two weeks ago on the blog, we began introducing the long list of talented and inspiring Breakout Presenters you can find at this year’s conference. Last week, we introduced the 2nd group, and this week as we shine the spotlight on five more #TLC Breakout Presenters, we have reached the halfway point of the full #TLC2022 presenter lineup!
Breakout Presenters of #TLC2022 (Round 3!)
Keysha McIntyre is an ICG Consultant, Math Lead Specialist at Fulton County Schools, and founder of MoldingMinds Moments, LLC where she coaches from dreams to implementation.
Keysha has been in education for 20+ years and coaching for 10+ years. She began teaching in Thomasville, Georgia before moving to Metro Atlanta Area where she taught at 3 schools, coached at 4 schools, and presently is a district coach of coaches and other instructional leaders. Keysha has worked with thousands of teachers, coaches, and leaders and has presented at conferences across the United States.

Breakout Session: The First 90 Days of Coaching
Dr. Russ Quaglia is a pioneer in the field of education, known for his unwavering dedication to student voice and aspirations. His innovative work is evidenced by an extensive library of research-based publications and media appearances. He has authored the School Voice suite of surveys and best-selling books, including Student Voice: The Instrument of Change and Engagement by Design.
Dr. Quaglia’s most recent award-winning publication is a children’s book, Cay and Adlee Find Their Voice, which was written with his daughter, Cali. His most recent book, The Power of Voice is getting global recognition. Dr. Quaglia has become a frequent visitor to schools and institutions around the world, demonstrating his passion for ensuring that students’, teachers’, principals’ and parents’ voices are always heard, honored, and acted upon.
Breakout Session (Virtual): Student Voice Impact on Instructional Coaching
Mary Webb, Ed.D. has dedicated twenty years to school leadership in the role of Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Instruction in suburban and urban school districts. She received her Master’s in Education Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and her Doctorate degree in Education Administration from The University of North Texas. Mary’s dissertation focused on how school systems can create structures for the principal and IC to develop a successful relationship in order to impact student learning.
In addition to her work in public schools, Mary serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Texas. Mary has also facilitated multiple sessions of Courageous Principals at Deloitte University, which focuses on impactful leadership skills for administrators.
Breakout Session (Panel Discussion): What Does it Take to Build a Great Coaching Program: Learn from Four Excellent Texas School Districts
Jim Thompson has engaged with countless educators to impact student learning with video reflection and partnership coaching. He has published in the Journal of School Administrators’ Association of New York on topics including supervision of instruction and the importance of mentoring for school administrators. He has also been published by the Association of California School Administrators on the topic of instructional leadership.
Most recently, Jim had a journal article published in CollectivEd Working Papers, a publication by the Carnegie School of Education, and is coauthor of A Quick Guide to Video Coaching: The best practice to improve the art and craft of teaching through guided reflection.

Ayanna Cooper, EdD, is a consultant, writer, U.S. Department of State English Language Specialist alumna, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for TESOL International Association.
She is the author of several publications including And Justice for ELs: A Leader’s Guide to Creating and Sustaining Equitable Schools, Black Immigrants in the United States (co-edited) and serves as Language Magazine’s Pass the Mic Series editor.
