Jim has told the story many times of how TLC started 17 years ago as a way for him to grow professionally and personally by gathering people that he wanted to learn with in the same room. 17 years later and the room has grown not only in size, but also in the way we share and learn alongside our talented colleagues.

TLC 2022 was our biggest conference to date! Our collective takeaway as an ICG team was the depth of impact that gathering face-to-face (or screen-to-face) can have on our learning and our committment to growth and development for those we serve.
