Together, we’ll explore the essential decisions coaches can make before the first\nday of school, from grounding their work in the Partnership Principles and understanding the\nImpact Cycle to building a realistic coaching schedule, establishing systems for tracking\ncoaching, and preparing for conversations with teachers and administrators.\nThroughout the day, participants will move from learning to planning.
