For registrants of the virtual conference who paid in advance, a conference link will be emailed on October 23, 2024. Attendees of the virtual conference who registered and paid after day 1 will receive a conference link via email within an hour of payment.

A few days before TLC begins, you’ll receive an email invitation to visit TLC’s virtual venue; at this point, all pre-recorded breakout sessions will be available for viewing.

Once the actual conference begins, you’ll have access to a live stream of the keynote presentations. All breakouts will be recorded and available on-demand for 90 days—an awesome PD opportunity for all our friends abroad! Attending Virtual TLC will be as easy as clicking a link!

If you have successfully completed the TLC conference registration process, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your confirmation number. If you have not received this email within 30 minutes of completing the registration process, please check your SPAM folder.

We do our best to accommodate the dietary needs of all of our participants at the conference. As such, conference attendees will be asked for dietary restrictions during the registration process.

Yes, you can! We have a partnership with the University of the Pacific.

https://teacherfriendly.com/instructional-coaching-group/ is a very simple way of receiving credit for attending the Teaching Learning Coaching conference.

Refunds for in-person registration will not be provided after September 27, 2024.

Refunds for virtual registration will not be provided after October 27, 2024.

Yes! You can submit TLC registration substitution requests in writing. All substitution requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Upon conference completion, all TLC registrants will receive a certificate of attendance.

Please be sure to state the correct email address in your registration where all conference-related materials should be sent.

We do our best to make our events as green as possible. To that end, we upload all of the presenter handouts to the conference app instead of providing printed copies to attendees.

Yes, we accept a limited number of sponsors for TLC each year.
